(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned letter/order dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) and impugned letter/order dated 27.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) issued by respondent No.6 vide which the entire record of Gram Panchayat Balad Kalan has been summoned from 2019 to 2023 without supplying a copy of alleged complaint to the petitioner which is contrary to Sections 216, 218 and 222 of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as it is a complete code in itself and the instructions issued by the Government of Punjab regarding inquiry against the Sarpanches and Panches have been disregarded. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.
