Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 & 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 & 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 12.5.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2Inspector General of Police, Patiala Zone, Patiala, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Inspector General of Police, Patiala Zone, Patiala, is directed to look into the representation dated 12.5.2017 (Annexure P1) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
