The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.158 dated 29.09.2016 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, 1860 and Sections 66-C/ 66-D of IT Act registered at Police Station Sector 03 (North), Chandigarh alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State submits that challan in the present case has been filed and case is now fixed for hearing on 16.07.2025, for framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charges. 4.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed. 5.
