Petitioner is 74 years old senior citizen. He alleges that his son forged his signatures and raised a loan on his property. He further submits that petitioner has submitted representation, Annexure P-5 to the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana but same has not been looked into. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Sudeepti Sharma, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that in case representation, Annexure P-5 has been received, same shall be looked into by the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana and disposed off as per law within a week.
