(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.0038 dated 24.04.2018 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

On instructions from the investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
