Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 7 .

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 22.9.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-5) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken so far.
