(oral) CRM No.49841 of 2023 This application has been filed by petitioner No.1 seeking withdrawal of the present petition which is fixed for 01.02.2024. As per the averments made in this application, petitioner No.2 had expired on 03.05.2021, during the pendency of the present petition and petitioner No.1 has compromised the matter with respondent No.2 and now she does not want to pursue the present petition any more.
In view of the above fact, the hearing of the main petition is preponed to today and the same is taken on board today itself. Application stands allowed.
