Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 114 dated 20.7.2017, registered under Sections 353, 186, 332, 506, 427 & 34 IPC at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur.

The matter relates to the attack on complainant Vikas Garg, who was working as S.S.A at Power Grid Station, Ladbanjara and at that time Karam Singh along with co-accused attacked him. Karam Singh was armed with sword and attacked the complainant. The occurrence was witnessed by Gurmail Singh, Junior Engineer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that main allegations are against Karam Singh, Sarpanch, who had caused injuries and there are no allegations against the petitioners, who are not even named in the FIR and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. Criminal Misc. No. M-32938 of 2017 accused had attacked the complainant, who was discharging the duties as public servant and the matter requires detailed probe, no case is made out for releasing the petitioners on pre-arrest bail. Hence, the present petition stands dismissed.
