Affidavit of the petitioner handed over in Court is taken on record. Counsel for respondent no.2-accused submits that they have gone to Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court has reframed the terms of payment, which has been extended upto November, 2023. Given the statement made on behalf of the accused, counsel for the petitioner-complainant wants to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh one in case the statement made on behalf of the accused is not correct and in case the order of Supreme Court is not complied with. The petition is disposed of.
