(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sham Lal, PS Lakhawali, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, has submitted that cancellation report has been prepared and will be finalized and filed in Court within ten days from today.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. However, a fervent prayer has been made that the petitioners be granted liberty to approach this Court again on the same very grounds, if need so arises. Allowed to do so.
