Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint case RBT No.18/1/15 dated 11.7.2014 titled as Sawarn Singh v Amarjit Singh and others under Sections 307,452,325,324,148,149 whereby petitioners have been summoned to face trial as additional accused vide order dated 14.10.2015. Vide order dated 1.2.2016, notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioners surrendering themselves before the trial court within 10 days, they shall be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction. CRM-M 3380/2016 petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 1.2.2016, petitioners surrendered before the trial court on 6.2.2016 and were granted interim bail.

The said fact is neither refuted by the learned State counsel nor by the counsel for the complainant.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court vide order dated 6.2.2016 pursuant to the order dated 1.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
