(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take action against the respondent Nos. 4 to 9 in F.I.R No. 255 dated 14.06.2014, registered under Sections 304-B/34 IPC at P.S Hathin. On notice, a reply dated 31.10.2014 has been filed by DSP Hathin stating therein that during enquiry conducted by the then SHO, P.S. Hathin, respondent No. 5 to 9 were found not to be involved in the commission of crime and hence the final report u/s 173 Cr.P.C was prepared against respondent No. 4 and submitted before the Area Magistrate before trial and the name of respondent Nos. 5 to 9 was kept in column No. 2.
