(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order dated 04.12.2013 (P-7), whereby, the petitioners have been declared proclaimed offenders in FIR No.928, dated 29.08.2006, Police Station DLF Gurgaon and all consequential proceedings including FIR No.290 dated 02.03.2019, registered under Section 174-A, Police Station Shivaji Nager, District Gurugram.

Heard.

The petitioners are relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which they have been raised in this petition with further direction to them to appear before the trial court within two weeks from today and shall be released on interim bail in both the cases, subject to their furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds, to the satisfaction of trial court and deal with all contentions by passing a speaking order.
