The appellant before this Court is defendant of the case and had assailed the concurrent findings of the Courts below inasmuch as suit for permanent injunction filed by the plaintiff-respondent was decreed by the trial Court and the appeal filed by the defendant-appellant, was dismissed. On the last date of hearing, last opportunity was granted, but still nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

All the aforesaid circumstances indicate that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. As such, the same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
