**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the Rules i.e. Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-B) Service Rules, 2012 (Annexure P-16), are applicable to the post of Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), whereas the candidature of the petitioner falls under Group-C of the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-B) Service Rules, 2012, which deal with the Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs).

Faced with such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
