Ms. Srishti Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.2. ***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No.15, dated 25.01.2023, registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 379-B & 411 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have reached an amicable settlement and that a separate petition has been filed for quashing of FIR which is pending adjudication for 10.05.2023. The compromise shows that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The complainant has stated therein that the petitioner was not one of the persons who had snatched his motorcycle. 3.

Custody certificate dated 19.04.2023 checked by Sh.Anurag Kumar, Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Hoshiarpur has been filed in Court. The same is taken on record. A perusal thereof shows that the petitioner has undergone actual custody of 02 months and 23 days and there is no other case pending/decided against him. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 admits the factum of compromise.
