Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 26.3.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-1. Marriage Registration Certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages, Delhi is annexed herewith as Annexure P-2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-5) to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana respondent No. 3 but no action has been taken so far.
