Only prayer made in this petition is for directions to respondents no. 1 to 3 to present final report pursuant to FIR registered on 13.03.2014.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mohan Lal, who is present in court, submits that investigation is almost complete. Certain documents are required for the purpose of completing the report under section 173 Cr.P.C. He submits that needful shall be done at the earliest.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction from the court is necessary. Disposed of. However, in case final report is not submitted within three months from today, petitioners shall be at liberty to avail remedy under the law.
