Petitioner, in this case, was aggrieved of alternate Government Accommodation of Type 10 (old)/IV (new) category not being allotted to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner in this respect has since been redressed and this petition is rendered infructuous. However, liberty be afforded to the petitioner to agitate with his parent Department regarding release of his HRA for the period possession of Government Accommodation was actually not handed over. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to the petitioner, as prayed for, without expression of any opinion on the merits of the claim thereof.
