Learned State counsel on instructions from DSP Amar Singh submits that investigation in this case has been complete and police during investigation has found major Singh as innocent. Challan is ready and name of Major Singh has been mentioned in column No.2 of the challan which will be filed in Court within four weeks.

Disposed of accordingly.
