SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that apart from the prayer for counting his service for pension purpose, the appellant had also prayed for counting the period of service for seniority as well as for promotion. However, the said aspect has not been considered by the learned Single Judge. 2.

In view thereto, learned counsel prays to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file review-petition.

Granting liberty as prayed for hereinabove, this Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
