Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court and has been granted bail despite the fact that a direction was issued for grant of interim bail to him.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 23.9.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
