(Oral) Pursuant to the last order dated 15.05.2024, learned State counsel has produced the petitioner's provisional result in a sealed cover which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows the petitioner has secured one hundred and nineteen marks for the post of PGT History (Rest of Haryana cadre) in response to advertisement 04/2015.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Dikansh Goyal, Law Officer of the Commission, contends that cut-off marks for the category are one hundred and twenty-eight.

In view thereof, the petitioner cannot be considered for appointment.
