On the asking of court, Mr. Sandeep Moudgill, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). He submits that in case representation, Annexure P-8 has been received in the office of competent authority, it shall be looked into and if circumstances so warrant appropriate decision shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than one month. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed off.
