Through this revision petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, to decide the Civil Appeal No. 175 of 2019 titled as "Ravleen Mongia v. Kotak Mahindra Bank and Others".

Mr. Amit Jhanji, Senior Advocate, representing the petitioner, has drawn the attention of the Court to the order passed by the first Appellate Court on 22.07.2021, which is extracted as under:- "Heard on application under Order 1 Rule 10 PC moved by appellant seeking to implead General Public as respondent no.4. On this application itself already the respondents no. 1 to 3 have mentioned "No objection". Record shows that the suit of appellant was dismissed by the learned DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.07.27 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 1147 of 2021 Lower Court amongst other grounds for the reason that said General Public was not arrayed as a defendant. Keeping in view these circumstances, and no objection to the prayer raised by respondents no. 1,2, & 3, the current application under Order 1 rule 10 CPC is allowed. General Public is impleaded as respondent no.4 in the current proceedings. Reader of the Court to make necessary addition in the title of grounds of appeal under her initial and date. Let respondent no.4 General Public be served through publication in Daily "English Tribune" for 29.08.2021. Publication charges be deposited in three days. Docket may be taken dasti".

Mr. Jhanji has pointed out that the petitioner has filed a suit claiming the amount, which was deposited by her father late Sh.R.S.Mongia (Retired Chief Justice) in the bank.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the first Appellate Court is directed to finally hear and decide the pending appeal within a period of four months from today.
