Faced with the abovesaid situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge aforesaid order dated 3.12.2022 whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

The prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the complainant and State counsel.
