**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner has participated in the selection process for the post of Constable Female, pursuant to advertisement dated 19.07.2015 (P-1) under BCA category. The petitioner has secured 43.75 marks in written examination which includes 03 marks of interview.

The grievance of the petitioner that since now the posts of SBC are converted in the General category, therefore, the petitioner can be considered under General category.

In view of the said fact, the petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, keeping in view the fact that the posts of SBC are converted in the General category.
