(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to official respondents to expedite fair and effective investigation in DDR No.059 dated 22.08.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 326, 427, 447, 511, 148 read with Section 149 IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala, Amritsar. 2.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset on instructions from SI Nishan Singh, submits that cancellation report has been prepared and same is likely to be filed before competent Court in due course. 3.

In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant petition.
