Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, who is present in court, submits that accused Manjit Singh @ Phidhu has also been arrested on 18.04.2016. Case of the petitioner is stated to be on different footings than the other accused as certain simple injuries were attributed to him. Allegation is not of committing unnatural offence. He remained incarcerated since 27.05.2015 till he was released on interim bail vide order dated March 01, 2016.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case particularly period of incarceration and role attributed to him, order March 01, 2016 is made absolute.
