ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.1214 dated 10.12.2018 under Section 22-C of the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa.

The operative part of the order dated 11.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and in the disclosure statement of co-accused Sonu Kumar, his name surfaced. It is further submitted that even Sonu Kumar has already been granted the concession of regular bail awaiting the report of FSL, vide order dated 21.02.2019 passed in CRM-M-5314-2019.

CRM-M No.16647 of 2019 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 11.04.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Bharat SIngh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
