On 22.08.2022 notice of motion was issued. As per office report notice could not be issued to the respondents as the process fee was not filed. On 23.08.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and fresh notices were directed to be issued to the respondents on filing of the process fee within two weeks from the date of the said order. Till date the process fee has not been filed and hence notices could not be issued to the respondents. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
