At the outset, Mr. Moudgil submits that the matter can be considered by the concerned authority as to the price that would be payable for the plot whether at the old rates or the new rates. This proposal is acceptable to Mr. Sangwan.

We, thus, remit the matter to the concerned authority. The present petition shall be treated as representation of the petitioner. After considering the grounds raised therein, the concerned authority shall take an impartial and fair decision as per law within a period of one month. Disposed of.
