(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in a case arising out of FIR No.164, dated 17.09.2012, registered at Police Station Dirba, Distt. Sangrur, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 IPC.
While hearing the anticipatory bail i.e CRM-M41124 of 2013 filed by the petitioner, an attempt was made by this Court for compromising the matter between the petitioner and her husband i.e Pardeep Pal Singh, who had offered Rs.10 lacs to the complainant which she refused to GAURAV 2015.04.20 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-35808 of 2013 -2take. Learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the petitioner's family own 143 killas of land. The petition filed by husband of the petitioner was allowed on 11.02.2015.
In that petition, learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Sukha Singh, submits that complete challan has been presented on 18.09.2014.
Since the investigation stage has now been completed and no amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties, no ground is made out for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 The petition stands dismissed.
