(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for U.T., Chandigarh on instructions from ASI Kiran Pal submits that they have enquired into the matter and the petitioners had given a written statement that there is no threat perception. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been infructuous. However, in case, the petitioners feel any threat perception within one month from today, they shall be permitted to approach the concerned S.P/S.H.O, who will provide them protection initially for one week and after that on day to day analysis but not exceeding more than one month. The petitioners still have liberty to approach this Court again. This order shall remain in force for a month. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
