Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to hand over the investigation to Central Bureau of Investigation or some other independent agency.
Heard.
As per the post-mortem report, cause of death of Lekh Raj (deceased) was heart attack.
KAPIL 2015.09.24 17:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-36909-2012 (O&M) [2] *** As per the opinion of the Medical Board, Annexure P-3, the cause of death of the deceased was heart attack. Injuries mentioned on the nose area were abrasion and could not be described as cause of death.
In view of the opinion of the Medical Board, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out. Petitioner if so advised can file a private complaint for redressal of his grievance.
Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
