RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to arrest private respondents in case FIR No.56 dated 08.05.2018 registered under Sections 341, 324, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and later on added Section 307 IPC at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that after registration of the FIR in question under Section 341, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC, initially Section 307 IPC and further Section 302 IPC were also added. Out of seven accused, four have been arrested. Remaining three residents of Haryana shall also be arrested in near future. In view of above, petition is dismissed has having rendered infructuous.
