Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and register an FIR against respondents No.4 & 5.

As per view taken by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & Others 2008(1) RCR (Criminal) 392, present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable and as such, the same stands dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the learned Area Judicial Magistrate or higher police authorities for redressal of her grievance.
