**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.209 dated 16.12.2022 under Sections 307, 323, 324, 452, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

After making an attempt to mislead the Court by concealing the fact which has been brought on record by learned State counsel and having gone through the Medical Legal Report wherein the NCCT of head shows that the fracture of frontal bone is seen for the concerned injury, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition. Allowed prayed for.
