(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned transfer order dated 16.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondent No.2 not to transfer the petitioner from District Office HAFED, Sirsa to any place till the date of his retirement. Further prayer has been made to stay the operation of the impugned transfer order dated 16.03.2026 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
