As per allegations petitioner fraudulently got transferred a truck, purchased by complainant, in his name. It is contended that a totally false case has been foisted upon the petitioner and the same is a counter blast to the complaints (P1 and P-2)made by the petitioner to police authorities against the complainant.
Prayer for bail made by the petitioner was declined by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka vide order dated 19.8.2015 (P-12) as petitioner had failed to join investigation in compliance of the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.11.18 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhvinder Singh states that during investigation involvement of the petitioner has come to surface and as such his custodial interrogation is required.
In view of the above, no ground for anticipatory bail is made out.
