(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and take a decision on his reply dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure P-5) expeditiously in accordance with law.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that the respondent-authorities would consider and take a decision on the petitioner's reply expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
