Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.163 dated 07.08.2015, registered under Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 28.09.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.
