(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.0327 dated 09.06.2018, under Sections 457, 380 IPC (offences under Sections 381 and 411 IPC added later on) Police Station City Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
