(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.56 dated 29.07.2012 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 452, 324, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Singh Bhagwantpura, District Rupnagar on the basis of compromise. Pursuant to the order dated 23.09.2016 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 27.09.2016 to get recorded their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rupnagar, has also sent its report vide covering letter having Endorsement No.626 dated 29.09.2016 which has been duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Rupnagar vide Endorsement No.11596 Dated 28.09.2016. According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that the parties have made an amicable settlement without any pressure, coercion and out of their free will.
