NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that after completion of the investigation, report under Section 173, Cr.P.C., has been presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage.
