(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Kunal alias Lal in case FIR No.137 dated 23.05.2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148, 149, 506 IPC and lateron added Section 326 IPC at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

On instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 07.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
