Learned State counsel submits that an affidavit has already been furnished by Mr. Sandeep Singh Saini, Divisional Forest Officer, Yamunanagar, on the previous date of hearing, and as per the contents of the affidavit, the present appeal stands infructuous. 2.

As per the affidavit, Mr. Sandeep Singh Saini, Divisional Forest Officer, Yamunanagar, along with the Range Forest Officer, Jagadhri, visited the site in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, and as per the report and photographs annexed therewith, no trees SHUBHAM 2026.01.16 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order -1-

RSA-961-1998(O&M) were found standing in the disputed Khasra Nos. 365, 366, 383, 384 and 385 situated in Village Radaur, H.B. No. 45, District Yamunanagar. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents endorses the submissions made by learned State counsel.

In view of paragraph No.4 of the affidavit furnished by Mr. Sandeep Singh Saini, as well as the fact that the suit was decided in the year 1995, the present Regular Second Appeal stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
