Vide order dated 05.01.2024 notices were issued to the learned counsel for the appellants as well as to the appellants. As per the service report, service upon appellants could not be effected due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
