(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of an appropriate order or direction for quashing the impugned order dated 21.07.2018 (Annexure P/7) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in case CRR/270/2018, CNR No. PBLD01-008766-2018 titled as Sanjeev Dhawan vs. Krishang and impugned order dated 06.03.2018 (Annexure P/6) passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana in case Crl. C.No.61/03.11.2017, MNT 684/2017, CNR No.PBLD03-044271-2017 titled Krishang Dhawan & Anr. Vs. Sanjeev Dhawan' whereby interim maintenance had been granted to the respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all disputes between the parties have been settled. Learned counsel accordingly pray that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending misc. applications also stand disposed of.
