Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the parties have since compromised the matter, however, a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is to be filed and full and final payment is yet to be made. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to file afresh in case the compromise does not fructify. Permitted to do so. 2.
